Program Format and Duration

• Team Size: 6-18 people
• Group Sessions: 5-7 hours session each, over two consecutive days at the facilitator’s centre
• These sessions will include
  • Strategic self-assessment exercises
  • Paired discussions for sharing perspectives
  • Facilitator-led insights and guidance
  • Scheduled tea and lunch breaks
• Individual Guidance Sessions: 1:1 session with every participant
  • These sessions will take place after the two days of group sessions
  • A maximum of two 1:1s will be scheduled on a day

Group Session Details

• Opening mindfulness exercise
• Brief introduction of facilitator and their expertise
• Quick guided white light meditation
• Explanation of concepts to be used in the training
• Individual self-reflection, followed by 1:1s with facilitator
